Shipping policy
Free shipping offer is valid only on orders shipped within the United States. (Excludes AK, HI and CA) Shipping is only available to the card holder at the bill to address on file with the credit card provider. Alternative shipping addresses are at the sole discretion of Schmid Moto Co. Standard ground or similar service is at the sole discretion of Schmid Moto Co.
Free shipping includes package tracking. If shipping charges do apply, the charge will update during processing. All customers are sent tracking information via email, it is the customer's obligation and responsibility to inform Schmid Moto Co. within 24 hours of a package not being delivered on the appropriate date. Failure to report an undelivered package within the 24 hour time frame the customer forfeits any claim of not receiving their item. Refusing or neglecting acceptance of the package for any reason will result in an automatic forfeit of any claim for a refund for any reason whatsoever Schmid Moto Co. reserves the right to end or change any shipping offers at any time. In "some instances" additional shipping & handling charges may apply on USA orders and you will be notified prior to processing your order.
Once the seller Schmid Moto Co. delivers the package to the delivery service (like UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and the tracking information shows that is was delivered to the recipient's address, the seller's responsibility ends other then for warranty or damage. The buyer is responsible for the package after it's delivered, including any theft that may occur. If a package is stolen, the recipient should report the theft to the delivery service and the local police.
While Schmid Moto Co. does everything possible to ship within the estimated time frame, we will not be held liable for delays that are out of our control. Only items that are marked "Free Shipping" will include free shipping.
