Warranty Policy

Terms and Conditions regarding all other warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, Schmid Moto Co., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of function or fitment for any particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. The manufacture of the product determines how the warranty will be handled.

All products manufactured by Schmid Moto Co. are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days. This does not cover finishes such as plating, or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the part in question, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any part that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified.

Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Schmid Moto Co.. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any part under warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the purchase invoice. Parts being returned without an authorization may be refused by our receiving department.
